From June 10th-15th, 2018, Project Leader Dr. Tadeu Gomes de Oliveira was involved in the first International Congress of Ecology and Conservation of the Jaguar and other Neotropical Felids in Cancún, México. Dr. de Oliveira presented on the threats faced by Brazilian felids as well as on fine-tuning the jaguar range in the Brazilian mid-north.
